00 — Digital learning

Digital Learning

Digital learning that extends live practice — and reaches people live training cannot.

Our role is to design, curate and integrate: we combine live workshops with the right digital components, working with your learning platform and with established content and platform providers.

TransparencySI Institute does not currently operate its own e-learning platform or course library, and no platform or content partnerships are announced. Offers that depend on partners are labelled as such.

Offered directly

Delivered by SI Institute today, alongside our workshops and corporate programs.

02 — With partners

With partners

Depends on content or platform partners. No partnerships are announced yet; these offers are developed with organizations that need them.

03 — Blended journey

How a blended journey works

A design pattern, adapted to each program: live time goes to practice, digital time to preparation and reinforcement, and application happens on real work.

  1. 01

    Prepare

A short digital primer so everyone starts the workshop from the same baseline.

  2. 02

    Practice

The live workshop, in person or virtual: two to five days of hands-on work.

  3. 03

    Apply

Assignments on real work over the following weeks, supported by job aids.

  4. 04

    Review

A live follow-up clinic to share results, solve problems and refine workflows.

  5. 05

    Reinforce

Digital micro-learning and updates as tools and practices change.

04 — LMS & LXP

Built around your learning platform

  1. 01

    Your platform first

Where your organization already runs an LMS or LXP, digital components are delivered there, so learning records stay in one place.

  2. 02

    Open standards

Partner content is selected with standards such as SCORM, xAPI and LTI in mind. The exact integration is confirmed per project.

  3. 03

    Measured as one journey

Participation, assessments and application tasks are reported together, so L&D sees the whole journey rather than isolated events.
