01 — Overview

The challenge

Organizations invest in enterprise copilot licenses, but adoption often stalls after the first weeks. Employees lack concrete workflows for their own tasks, and time savings remain anecdotal. The gap is rarely access; it is practical, task-level skill.

About this workshop

Focused on the tools employees already have, this workshop moves participants from occasional experimentation to consistent, measurable productivity. Each session works through one category of daily work — communication, documents, meetings, data and presentations — and ends with a reusable workflow participants can apply the next morning.

02 — Who it is for

  • All professionals
  • People managers
  • Functional specialists
  1. 02.1Professionals in any function whose organization provides an SI assistant or enterprise copilot.
  2. 02.2Team members nominated as early adopters or SI champions.
  3. 02.3Administrative and coordination roles with high volumes of written communication.
  4. 02.4Managers who want to model effective SI use for their teams.

Recommended prerequisites

  • SI Foundations for Business Professionals, or equivalent everyday experience with an SI assistant.
  • Access to the organization’s approved assistant or copilot. Private sessions are configured around the client’s tools.

Level: Foundation

No prior SI experience required. Builds a shared baseline.
