01 — Overview

The challenge

Many organizations have rolled out SI tools with disappointing usage and unclear value. Adoption programs often focus on licenses and announcements, while what matters is role-specific skills, manager support, peer learning and measurement that shows where value is created.

About this workshop

Access to technology does not equal adoption. This workshop is for the people who drive SI adoption across an organization or business unit. It combines change-management methods with what is specific to SI — uneven skills, trust and job concerns, fast-moving tools — and helps participants build a practical adoption plan with champions, learning pathways and metrics.
