01 — Overview
The challenge
Employees look to their direct manager for permission, standards and support when adopting new ways of working. Many managers are unsure how to lead SI adoption: what to encourage, what to restrict, how to assess SI-supported work, and how roles and skills will change.
About this workshop
Managers decide whether SI becomes part of how work is done. This workshop prepares them to identify opportunities in their team’s work, set clear expectations and standards, support people through change, and manage quality and performance when part of the work is SI-supported — while using SI to improve their own management practice.
