01 — Overview

The challenge

Commercial teams produce more content than ever, but generic SI output can weaken brand distinctiveness and accuracy, and customer data must be handled correctly. Teams need workflows that improve relevance and productivity while protecting brand, trust and compliance.

About this workshop

Marketing and sales were among the first functions to adopt SI widely. This workshop moves teams from ad-hoc content generation to integrated workflows across the commercial cycle: customer and market insight, content and campaign production, personalization, account research, meeting preparation and pipeline analysis.

Recommended prerequisites

  • Working experience with SI assistants.
  • Participants bring examples of their own content, campaigns or accounts, anonymized where needed.
