Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, send an inquiry or register interest in a workshop, why, and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data-protection law.

01Who is responsible
The controller responsible for your personal data is Super Intelligence Institute (SI Institute).
Legal entity details (registered name, address and registration number) will be added here before the website goes live.

02What data is processed
When you visit the website:
- Technical access data recorded by Netlify, Inc. (USA): IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
When you send a corporate training inquiry:
- Name, business email address, organization, job title and, if you choose to provide them, phone number and country.
- Information about your training needs: topics and workshops of interest, target audience, approximate number of participants, preferred format and timeframe, program context and objectives.
When you register interest in a workshop:
- Name, email address, the workshop you are interested in, and, if you choose to provide them, organization, job title, preferred format, location or time zone, and your message.
When you send a general or partnership inquiry, or write to us:
- Name, email address, organization (optional), the subject of your inquiry and your message.
Please do not include sensitive personal data (for example health data) or confidential company information in form messages.
What this website does not do: it uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking technologies, no social media plugins, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Your data is never sold, used for advertising, or used for automated decision-making or profiling. You will not be added to a newsletter unless you explicitly ask for it.
04Who receives data
Personal data is shared only with service providers needed to run the website and handle inquiries, acting on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) (hosting and technical access logs).
- Netlify, Inc. (USA), which receives and stores form submissions (Netlify Forms).
- The email provider used for correspondence.
Where a corporate training or a public workshop is delivered with a facilitator or venue partner, only the data needed for delivery is shared with them, under a written agreement.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
05International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
06How long data is kept
- Technical access logs: for the short period set by Netlify, Inc. (USA).
- Inquiries and interest registrations: for as long as needed to answer them and to inform you about the requested workshop, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless an engagement follows.
- Training and accounting records: for the periods required by applicable law.
07Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you (Art. 15).
- Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16).
- Have your data erased (Art. 17).
- Restrict processing (Art. 18).
- Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3)).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the general inquiry form on the Contact page. You will receive an answer within one month. You may be asked to confirm your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence or of the controller’s establishment.
08Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), collects as little data as possible, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
09Children
This website is intended for professionals and organizations and is not directed at children under 16.
10Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when the website or its data practices change — for example when online registration or payment is introduced. The date at the top shows the latest version.
