The challenge
Executives face pressure to act on SI while separating substance from hype. Decisions about investment, workforce, risk and organizational design require a grounded understanding of what the technology can do today, and of what leadership must put in place to capture value responsibly.
About this workshop
Designed for senior leadership teams, this workshop combines a clear-eyed view of current SI capabilities with strategic decision-making. Leaders experience the technology hands-on, assess its implications for their business model and operations, and define the leadership agenda: priorities, investment logic, governance, workforce capability and transformation.
