01 — Overview

The challenge

HR and L&D are expected to lead the workforce through SI transformation while transforming their own work. At the same time, HR data is sensitive, and several HR uses of SI are classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act. Teams need practical skills combined with a clear sense of boundaries.

About this workshop

HR and L&D teams play two roles in SI adoption: they apply SI in their own work, and they build the organization’s capability to use it. This workshop covers both. Participants apply SI to recruitment, onboarding, employee support, policy work, learning design and skills analysis, and design SI capability building for their own organization.
